Tell Boxer to Vote NO on Big Government
December 23, 2009
The U.S. Senate plans to vote tomorrow to pass a big-government health care overhaul that is a bad deal for Californians.
Despite the bill’s disastrous implications for our state, Senator Barbara Boxer has not lifted a finger to stop this legislation; rather she has been one of its strongest supporters.
And, as the Orange County Register reported this week, Barbara Boxer has been using emails from Californians to justify her support for this destructive bill. It’s time she hear from the many Californians who do not support this legislation – and there are many of us. Click here to send her a message.
Join me in calling on Senator Barbara Boxer to do the right thing for California by voting NO on this legislation – click here to send her an email today expressing your concerns with this legislation. This bill will expand the role of government in health care decisions, decrease the quality of our health care and increase the tax burden on Californians by $3 billion.
Barbara Boxer proved yet again that her loyalties lie with the special interests, NOT with the people of California whom she was elected to represent.
California deserves better representation in our nation’s capital. It’s time for a change.
Sincerely,
Carly
P.S. If you agree with me that this bill means higher taxes and more government spending, then I hope you will send a message to Barbara Boxer right now by following this link.
