March 11, 2010
SACRAMENTO, CA – U.S. Senate candidate Carly Fiorina today announced the regional chairs of her grassroots leadership team. This group will work in their respective areas of the state to get Californians connected to Carly’s campaign and get out the vote for her on Election Day.
“As the only political outsider in this race, I’m encouraged by the positive grassroots support and momentum behind my campaign. With their commitment, we can together retire Barbara Boxer along with her tax-raising, big-spending ways,” said Fiorina. “I look forward to working with each member of my statewide and regional grassroots team to bring real change to Washington by replacing Barbara Boxer with a senator who will make creating jobs and reducing our national deficit by cutting government priority number one.”
The regional chairs on Carly’s grassroots leadership team include the following dedicated Californians:
Bay Area: Laurel Pathman and Shahin Shabahang
Northern California: Robert Laurie
Northwest California: Steve Lucanic
Central Valley: Lisa Ott
Central Coast: Rob Bryn
Los Angeles: Karen Bonadio
Inland Empire: Robbie Hightower
Southern California: Mark Williamson
Earlier this year, Fiorina announced Chuck McDougald as Statewide Volunteer Chair of her campaign and at the same time announced the formation of 17 coalitions supporting her candidacy. These coalitions represent the ethnic, professional, generational and religious diversity of our state and will help ensure the voices of these communities are heard and well represented during the campaign.
